SARAH

"… a far darker soprano, like steamy coffee stirred with a dollop of cream ..."

Crosscut Magazine

Credits include the role of "Vitellia" in Mozart's La Clemenza Di Tito, "Dido" in Purcell's Dido & Aeneas and "Mother" in Hansel and Gretel. She also played "Mercedes" in an aerial, one-of-a-kind performance of Carmen in San Francisco.

Sarah has sung in multiple Seattle Opera productions as a part of the Seattle Opera Chorus, including Turandot, Fidelio, and Speight Jenkin's farewell Gala Concert. Most recently she was a featured soloist at a gala supporting Pacific Northwest Opera, as well as on 98.1 King FM's Northwest Focus Live with Seattle Opera On Tap.

Currently, Sarah performs regularly with Seattle Opera, Opera on Tap Seattle, Premier Vocal Entertainment, and Public Opera. She's also a frequent soloist at St Stephen's Episcopal Church. She looks forward to joining the Seattle Opera Chorus this spring for their Gala Concert celebrating 60 years as a Northwest opera institution.

Sarah has a degree from the University of Puget Sound and has studied at AIMS in Graz, Austria, with OperaWorks in Los Angeles, in San Francisco with Sheri Greenawald of San Francisco Opera, and locally with Seattle Opera coaches and accompanists.
